From Kilcreggan, a pedestrian ferry now takes you across the Clyde to Gourock - the journey takes about 12 minutes. Full details are available from Strathclyde Passenger Transport at the Travel Centre, 28 Kilblain St, Greenock. Tel 01475 731155. There is a bus service operated by Garelochhead Minibuses & Wilson's of Rhu which connects Kilcreggan to Helensburgh.
